NYC Personal Trainer Exercises Jumping Jacks Demo

Out of all the personal trainer exercises, jumping jacks are a timeless classic.  Jumping jacks help improve agility and coordination.  They serve well as an interval training exercise and can be very effective in increasing fitness level and fat loss results, especially when combined with other interval training exercises like ski jumps among others.. jumping Jacks are a total body movement.  They get the heart rate up relatively quickly and therefore will help increase metabolism and fat burning more than many other standard cardio activities.
