Andrew’s Fitness Journey
For Andrew, fitness is more than a job; it’s a lifelong passion. He began his journey at 12, working with free weights and embracing proper nutrition. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Wellness and a concentration in Nutrition from SUNY College at Buffalo, Andrew has dedicated over 20 years to personal training, helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
With a Strength and Conditioning Specialist background Andrew’s expertise is recognized as the gold standard in the industry. He has taught group fitness classes, led workshops, and designed corporate wellness programs to enhance worker fitness. Andrew has also collaborated with specialized physical therapists and trained alongside some of Manhattan’s elite personal trainers, enriching his knowledge and skills in the field.
