Training Style

My personal training style is a holistic approach that integrates various fitness disciplines to help you achieve your goals. Strength training forms the foundation of our routine, utilizing free weights, bodyweight exercises, calisthenics, mobility, and core strengthening techniques to enhance your overall fitness.

Cardio training, including high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and moderate to light-intensity workouts, is cycled to optimize your performance and results, keeping your body engaged and improving your endurance.

Flexibility is another essential component of my training philosophy. With five years of experience teaching yoga classes. I emphasize the importance of flexibility through yoga, sports-specific dynamic stretching and classic static stretches. These techniques not only complement your strength and cardio training by enhancing workout recovery but also improve posture, alignment, and overall body movement. Together, we’ll create a personalized program that not only helps you become stronger and more agile but also supports your overall well-being.
